Reservation Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a security deposit of £50. The deposit is refundable following a satisfactory inspection at checkout, provided no damages or breaches of policy have occurred.

Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Identification Requirements: All guests must provide valid photo identification at check-in. The name on the ID should match the booking details.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made 5 days or fewer before check-in are non-refundable and will be charged in full.

No Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking property. Any evidence of smoking indoors will incur a deep-cleaning fee, deducted from the security deposit.

No Parties or Events: To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents, parties, stag/hen gatherings, and large events are strictly prohibited.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 21:00 to 7:00 AM to maintain a comfortable experience for all residents.

Children: Children are welcome; however, they must be supervised by an adult (18+) at all times for their safety.

Long-Stay Guests: Extended stays are welcome, with special rates available for long-term bookings. Please inquire for details.

Damages and Condition: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents and are expected to leave the space in its original condition upon departure. Any damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
